what part of the book im at

I think I'm at the climax or rising action but I'm not sure. He became the receiver at the beginning of the story so that couldnt have been the climax. so far in the book nothing climax like has been happening he has just been receiving memory from the giver. Nothing really has been getting to thepoint were it gets to exciting but its been interesting. so i guess it would be about at the rising action I guess

Setting- The setting so far in this book is just the community where my character lives.

Plot- The community where my character lives everyone has rules and if you disobey them I think you got vanished from the city. the idea so far of the book is that the main character is become 12 years old. In the community where my character live at the age of 12 everyone is given an assignment or job.

characters- There are not that many main characters just Jonas who is the main character and some of his friends and family. Also the person who is the giver is probably going to become a main character but I'm barley getting to that part.

In my book the giver there is no villain yet. The villains and hero's don't really exist in real life. There are no people who actually help people that way and no villains who have powers and kill all randomly and are never caught.

what drink would this book be?

I think this book would be a coca cola. I say that since Coca cola is a decent soda. some people like coca cola a lot and I think its just okay. There are much better drinks than coke and there are much better books than this book or at least so far since I'm barley starting the book.

In my book the character (Jonas) is turning 12 and he gets an assignment. he is turning in to an adult and has a erotic dream and his mom talks to him about that his feelings in the dream are all natural. He has to struggle with liking this girl named Fiona. Also he is thinking of his assignment and how he may not be good at it
